Refresh Button Counter

This script adds a refresh button to a web page that prevents users from refreshing the page too frequently. When the button is clicked, it is disabled for 5 minutes and a countdown timer is displayed on the button. The button is also given a greyscale filter to indicate that it is disabled.

After 1 minute, the button is re-enabled and the countdown timer is removed. This feature can help improve website performance and user experience by preventing excessive page refreshes.
